BIOGRAPHY
Karolyne H. Cheng brings a background of study across a wide spectrum, from the liberal arts to the life sciences. Her experience has taught her that a continued aggressive approach toward learning provides a strong foundation to supply her clients with current and complete information for success.
Karolyne's work in the litigation area of the firm allows her to tap into her innate curiosity and determination that drive her to excel in assessing and preparing for all aspects of the case. She has prepared detailed litigation portfolios, undertaken infringement analyses, and participated in Markman hearings.
Karolyne is a native speaker of Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese and also conversant in Japanese. She adds to the wealth of diversity in the firm through her knowledge of cultural nuances and experience with Asian business practices.
EDUCATION
Karolyne graduated with bachelors of arts degrees in both philosophy and political science from Boston College in 2003. She received the prestigious title as Scholar of the College for 2003. Karolyne also received her master's degree in philosophy in 2003 from Boston College. In 2006, Karolyne received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law.
